Stretch your way into Holiday Fitness

The holiday season can tough on our fitness routines, eating habits and, well, general mental health!

But even if you don't have a lot of time or energy, there are things you can do right now that will make a difference in your overall wellness, no prep work necessary.

Sit in an office and type all day? Try these quick stretches:

Stretching helps to circulate your blood stream and can make you feel refreshed and energized in minutes.

Have low back pain? Try these stretches in the morning before you even get out of bed!

Have a few minutes in between meetings or while your Christmas pie bakes? Give these stretches a try and see how it improves your mood. Don’t forget to breathe deeply while you stretch and clear your mind!
